Community Grants

 
All Community Grants recipients are required to complete two status reports during their two-year grant cycle. Report forms are available at the bottom of this page. 
 

Status Reports on 2018 Community Grants in Arts and the Environment

Interim reports for 2018 Community Grants in arts and the environment are due on July 1, 2019. This brief report is required for the release of the second payment of all two-year grants. A final report on 2018 Community Grants will be requested with the 2020 grant application. Forms are available at the bottom of this page in MS Word format. To submit the status report, download the template, complete the report, and email it to Robert Hybben.
 

Status Reports on 2017 Community Grants in Human Services

Final reports for 2017 Community Grants in human services are due on April 1, 2019. A status report must be submitted for an organization to receive further funding consideration. Forms are available at the bottom of this page in MS Word fomat. To submit the status report, download the template, complete the report, and either upload it with your new application or email it to Robert Hybben.
 

Invited and Special Projects Grants

 
If your grant was awarded through the Petersham Fund or the Special Projects Grants Program, please complete the reporting form available on our online grants application system. If your grant was awarded through the Foundation Initiative Fund or the Regranting & Nonprofit Technical Assistance Fund, please download the appropriate template below and either upload it with your new application or email it to Robert Hybben.
